2nd week of june


After going back from yokohama n haneda airport what can i say form this trip.i learn a lot from this trip. Learn about how japanese working environment and their technology. Also learn about airport pavement. Its really interesting and i think i fall in love wit airport..hahaha..

My diet program..erm..what can i say..o to ko jo (what should i do). This week i start to enjoy swimming. So funny because i just know da basic of swimming..but its really enjoyable.at least u try new sports activities. Pray for me so i would have a strength to control my eating habit n can achieve my weight target cz sometimes i'm so angry when they called me gemok...huh..

Arini dah 2 june 2010. Besok ak akan ke yokohama, tokyo for visit to pari. Apa itu pari? Port and airport research institute. Sok early in da morning dah kene naek shinkasen ke tokyo, then have to take train and subway..yeah suke sbb ley enjoy public transport at japan. Dan suke jgk cz ley pegi yokohama walaupn sekejap sbb sy xpenah pegi lagi yokohama.wink wink. The next day ak akan ke haneda airport for another visit. site visit regarding to my research tittle right now. Superpave for haneda airport. Lepas tue balik nagaoka...

Berbalik kepada my diet aktiviti, huhuhuhu..amat2la tidak memberangsakan. kenapa? sebab sy hanya elakkan makan nasi, tp yg laen sume sy makan.huahua.. Td lepas ym ngan my frenz, die gtaw die diet yg kaya protein. Dalam masa semggu my frenz dah trun 2kg. Camne diet tue? Tidak boley makan NASI, ROTI, MEE, MEEHOON, KUETIAW.. dan elakkan minum air manis. Dalam erti kata yg laen..no sugar..minum air kosong jer..Erm cara diet yg agak menarik, tapi mampukah ak buat?.Sape xnak kuruskan, tapi mampukah ak buat? hahaha..so kite tunggu dah lihat je la yer..mampukah saya mencapai target berat badan yg ideal. kerana bmi saya lagi 0.7 jer nak ke xnormal..
