Books



Yesterday me n hubby when to HARRIS bookstore @ Jusco Tebrau and bought a new book entitled' Kekuatan Berfikir Positif & Progresif'. Thanks to my dear hubby cz buying this books to me. So my target have to finish this 2 books as soon as possible. a doctor in house just half way of reading. So gambatted azie san.

Bigger and Fat

Beginning of January, i went to tesco with my hubby, then we saw weight measurement, my hubby ask me to do the weighing, at that time, i am so scared because i know i am gaining to much. All my clothes tooo sendat already. So after the measurement, wow what a big surprised, i am now 53 kg. Oh my gucci, too much i'm gaining.

After one year married i am gaining 7 kg. Huwaaa..so sad. So i decided to start my healthy and diet lifestyle even its too hard for me. What i realize its not about the portion of the food i take, but also i need to do the exercise and work out. Really miss the good old days, i can enjoy swimming, jogging, gym or badminton twice a week. But now, erm what can i say more. I just start control my food portion and start to do skipping.

So lets wait and see next month how much weight i can reduced.

Its January

I thought when its come to 2012 i had a very good fortune and everything. But, erm what a good beginning of 2012. Very good story and i can say it what the fishhh......
My heart need some air to breath and to think as a good person and siuman thinking.
There are two perceptions:

Negative Thinking:
y me? y me? isn't not enough all the dugaan that i have been through along last year? I can't accept it anymore. Need some one shoulder so i can lean on. Arrgghhhhhh.. Totally stress. Stress of my life.


Positive Thinking:
y me? y me? because I'm the chosen one. I am strong enough to handle all this problem. And i know God never sends us more than we can handle. So keep it up and cheer up. Because its time to face all the problem and enjoy my life. Lastly Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me. Gambatte Azie San.
