1.1.2013

Arini dah masok 2013, erm today my last day at HMC, besok me akn start keje baru, n bermulalah hidup as weekend husband n wife. huhu..sedey, tp maybe ade hikmah di sebaliknya. Yang penting, percaya n yakin dengan segala ketentuan dr ILAHI. Disebabkan me n hubby dua2 dah tukar keje bru, so we hold dlu pasal impian nak beli umah. Tengok dlu flow taun baru ni macam mana, cz me kat batu pahat n hubby kat ulu tiram. 

Insyallah, taun  ni me berazam nk jd yg lebey baik dr taun lepas. Azam2 2013...

1) Nak kurus
2) Try to conceive ( me n hubby dah btol2 bersedia nak dptkn baby, so we will work harder this  year)
3) Continue treatment with Dr A
4) Did minor operation regarding of my illness
5) 2nd transportation for our family
6) Rajin Solat
7) Isteri yg baik
8) Anak yg baik ( banyakkan amalan utk arwah bonda)
9) Berjaya dlm kerjaya ( fulltime n partime )
10) Nak kurus


Ok my goal setting dah siap, so lets work harderrrrr to achieve this target. INSYALLAH...

December 2012


Early this month i got a call from MARA and got and offer as a PLV J41 at KKTM Sri Gading Batu Pahat,
so after discussion with hubby n family, i decided to take that offer. Beginning of January 2013 my working environment will totally change. EVERYTHING. Being part form hubby, weekend husband and wife.
Luckily Batu Pahat and JB it only take bout 2.5 hours i think la. So just layannn...
Last 2 years i start to create this blog because i want to loose weight. n then after i managed to get my dream weight 46kg, i just stop and sometimes updated my blog.
So now, i want to achieve back my 46 kg after gaining 54 kg ( 2 years after married). wow soo bad.
Because of right now, even my opismate also diet, so semangat utk kurus tu dah berkobar2.. hehe..walaupun kadang2 terbabas..

Step2 untuk kurus.
1) Terperdaya dgn iklan kat Fb, me beli Shape Plus- (Jus Apple) - 12 packet RM80
2) Start belajar diet Atkins
3) Belajar kira kalori dalam makanan.
4) Excercise dlm rumah
5) Kalori intake = 1000 kcl/day
6) Water intake = 4000 liter / day

So i call Azie Mixed Diet Program.

Me just start this diet program on 10/12/2012 with current weight = 54kg.
and today 26/12/2012 my current weight = 51.5kg. Therefore i lost 2.5 kg in 16 days.
Me really hope, next year, even pg keje tmpt baru, me still can have this spirit of diet. Saya nak KURUSSSSSS....
